In a journey of connecting to the land, we will traverse through the green, wild north and make our way to the lowest point - the Dead Sea which is surrounded by desert aridity, we will explore the modern city that never stops moving - Tel Aviv and explore only an hour away the enchantment within the city of Jerusalem that pours forth its past, holiness and soul. We will balance the exciting thousands of years old historical archaeology side by side with earth shattering innovation in the Israeli high-tech scene. Not forgetting of course to touch on life here in Israel; the nuances of different cultures and religions living side by side in this complicated geopolitical area. Never for a second would we give up the opportunity to taste from the Israeli kitchen, with it’s fusion of flavors brought here by immigrants from all over the world.
